Ted Yoho (R-FL) will introduce a bill next week to "prevent" executive actions like Obama's unlawful amnesty in the future… WHAT COWARDICE!
MAKE NO MISTAKE: Yoho's Executive Amnesty Prevention Act of 2014 (H.R. 5759) will do NOTHING to stop Obama's amnesty fiats OR any future outrages of executive tyranny. And for that reason alone Harry Reid is happy to play along and allow this "shiny object" distraction of a bill to receive a vote in the lame duck Senate! WHAT IS THE GOP THINKING? That American voters are stupid…
This is "fool-the-voter" tactics for "stupid American" strategies we keep hearing about taking shape RIGHT NOW. What we need, what America needs is for YOU to make crystal clear to Congress that Yoho's do-nothing bill isn't good enough and neither are Boehner's flaccid little attempts to slap Obama's wrist. Obama's Executive Amnesty MUST BE DEFUNDED IN THESE BUDGET APPROPRIATIONS!

Congress is in the midst of fierce debate over the new "must-pass" Fiscal Year 2015 spending authorizations, including funding appropriations to implement Obama's unlawful Executive Amnesty.
The House AND Senate have to approve new spending bills to carry our federal government past December 11 – THE MONEY RUNS OUT NEXT WEEK.
We have a BRIEF WINDOW of opportunity to pass SHORT-TERM continuing resolutions and specific authorizations that CUT OUT FUNDS for Obama's illegal, illicit, unconstitutional actions! Republicans running for office PROMISED this accountability; NOW they need to deliver…
Already, House Speaker John Boehner (R-OH) is laying the groundwork to DECEIVE hard working Americans saying we can't defund amnesty to stop Obama's unconstitutional $2 trillion amnesty sellout because THAT would mean SHUTTING DOWN the government – and THAT is anathema to the MSM and national elites!
Other GOP "leaders" are LYING and saying there are no legislative mechanisms for carving out specific spending and appropriation areas for NO APPROVAL.
Oh yes, my friends…
Boehner and Company are ALL SET to collaborate with Team Obama and the open borders – illegal immigrant lobby. Never mind doing this will BETRAY American interests, including YOURS and MINE! The Lords of Congress think we serfs will just groan and then pay for it all, from green cards and work visa/permits, to public education and welfare, to Social Security and Medicare.
THAT'S RIGHT! Even Social Security and Medicare are not off-limits to Obama's favorite demographic – newly amnestied illegal aliens!
But here's the thing –
WE DON'T HAVE TO PAY FOR IT!
Rep. Hal Rogers (R-KY), Chairman of the House Appropriations Committee, held a press conference in which he flat-out LIED saying that amnesty cannot be de-funded. Within a week of that bald faced lie, the officially non-partisan Congressional Research Service (CRS) thoroughly refuted him.
"The funds available to the agency (USCIS) through fee collections would be subject to the same potential restrictions imposed by Congress on the use of its appropriations as any other type of appropriated funds."
ALL CONGRESS HAS TO DO IS ADD A BYLINE TO ANY BILL, ANY TIME SAYING NO FUNDING FOR OBAMA'S AMNESTY!
That's it!
But that's not what's happening.
Instead, Establishment Republicans are choosing NOT to defund it; NOT to stand tall in the interest of American sovereignty, security and prosperity; NOT to fight for all the American citizens who are seeking work or who will soon lose their jobs to the next big wave of cheap labor, the next big wave of new Democrat voters – illegal alien invaders.
So far, the political Establishment of BOTH parties thinks they can get away with it… and we have just DAYS to stop them!
Rest assured, Boehner once again has vowed to fight amnesty "tooth and nail" – just like time and time before he and other GOP "leaders" have vowed to defund x, y, or z "next time" or "at the right time."
THERE IS NO 'RIGHT TIME' FOR THE VICHY REPUBLICANS TO FIGHT! Doesn't ANYONE remember the disastrous failure of Boehner and the GOP House in the "fiscal cliff" surrender of early 2013? And now HERE WE ARE AGAIN, THIS TIME WITH AN INCOMING SENATE MAJORITY! Boehner is the reincarnation of Marshal Petain, and America's future holds preemptive capitulation to Obama…
UNLESS WE HOLD GOP FEET TO THE FIRE AND MAKE THEM ACT, RIGHT NOW!
This truly cannot wait for January.
When the 114th Congress convenes, Boehner's majority will consist of approximately 247 seats… AND conventional thinking in Washington holds he can and WILL more aggressively ignore the "right wing" (US) on matters of vital policy.
Our refusal to kowtow before Obama's unlawful, unconstitutional amnesty edicts is expected to be the first casualty.
It is IMPERATIVE that the middle class and working Americans unite again as they did in 2010 and send POWERFUL correctives to the GOP that 2014 is NOT business as usual – the Republicans have been returned to majorities in both chambers to check and balance Obama's tyranny and the Democrats' shredding of American Constitutional order.
If the GOP collaborates and enables the Obama Left, there will be political, and even physical, revolt of the elites' putsch over our Constitutional republic.
Obama MUST be stopped! The Boehner betrayal MUST be stopped!
