The House voted Thursday 219-197 to pass a "symbolic" rebuke of Obama's actions, with Rep. Ted Yoho's H.R. 5759, the Executive Amnesty Prevent Act of 2014, which adds NOTHING to the Constitution's Separation of Powers in the FUTURE – and FAILS to stop Obama's Executive Amnesty NOW!
We NEED Congress to CUT OBAMA'S FUNDS and we are down to the wire to MAKE IT CLEAR – Obama cannot be trusted with ANY discretionary DHS funding for his illicit immigration "lawmaking" policies – not short gap, nada, NOTHING.
Case in point, U.S. Immigration and Customs Services is already seeking to hire 1,000 individuals IMMEDIATELY to begin processing millions upon millions of amnesty applications, and they MUST BE PAID.
WE CAN STOP OBAMA'S EXECUTIVE AMNESTY DECREES HERE AND NOW BUT ONLY IF WE KEEP CALLING OUT CAPITOL HILL TO CUT OBAMA'S MONEY!

But according to a Hill report, Rep. Matt Salmon predicts "more than 50" House Republicans will vote AGAINST a spending bill that FAILS to defund Obama's Executive Amnesty IF RESISTANCE STAYS MOBILIZED.
"I think the only thing that really has any substance is the funding. It's the only leverage that we have," Salmon said.
BUT FIFTY IS NOT ENOUGH TO STOP BOEHNER! WE NEED TO EMBOLDEN MORE!

The GOP House Establishment is determined to pass long-term funding for virtually ALL of the federal government while holding a separate vote for short-term funding of immigration agencies. They are just scared to death to FIGHT Obama.

This is "fool-the-voter" tactics for "stupid American" strategies we keep hearing about taking shape RIGHT NOW. What we need, what America needs is for YOU to make crystal clear to Congress that Yoho's do-nothing bill isn't good enough and neither are Boehner's flaccid little attempts to slap Obama's wrist. THAT'S RIGHT! Even Social Security and Medicare are not off-limits to Obama's favorite demographic – newly amnestied illegal aliens!

WE DON'T HAVE TO PAY FOR IT!
Rep. Hal Rogers (R-KY), Chairman of the House Appropriations Committee, held a press conference in which he flat-out LIED saying that amnesty cannot be de-funded. Within a week of that bald faced lie, the officially non-partisan Congressional Research Service (CRS) thoroughly refuted him.
"The funds available to the agency (USCIS) through fee collections would be subject to the same potential restrictions imposed by Congress on the use of its appropriations as any other type of appropriated funds."
ALL CONGRESS HAS TO DO IS ADD A BYLINE TO ANY BILL, ANY TIME SAYING NO FUNDING FOR OBAMA'S AMNESTY!
That's it!
But that's not what's happening.
Instead, Establishment Republicans are choosing NOT to defund it; NOT to stand tall in the interest of American sovereignty, security and prosperity; NOT to fight for all the American citizens who are seeking work or who will soon lose their jobs to the next big wave of cheap labor, the next big wave of new Democrat voters – illegal alien invaders.
So far, the political Establishment of BOTH parties thinks they can get away with it… and we have just DAYS to stop them!
Rest assured, Boehner once again has vowed to fight amnesty "tooth and nail" – just like time and time before he and other GOP "leaders" have vowed to defund x, y, or z "next time" or "at the right time."
