In her confirmation hearing, the nation heard Obama's Attorney General nominee Loretta Lynch try to defend the indefensible, supporting Obama's unconstitutional Executive Branch amnesty and the "right to work" of illegal aliens flooding our country. We heard Lynch declare her support for the use of asset forfeiture, in which without constitutional due process the federal government seizes personal property – complete with flimsy reasoning, even in cases where there are NO CHARGES and NO CONVICTIONS – so long as this lawless confiscation is perpetrated via "court order" from some black robed tyrant.

We heard Lynch REFUSE to answer Sen. Ted Cruz's question about whether or not it would be constitutional for Obama to deploy DRONES against American citizens on American soil – even if the targeted person in question didn't pose an imminent threat.

Now we're learning how Loretta Lynch, this potential replacement for Eric Holder, is implicated in what WND calls a "massive cover-up of Obama administration involvement in international money-laundering of Mexican cartel drug money."

As the U.S. attorney for the Eastern District of New York, Lynch oversaw the HSBC bank SCANDAL investigation in 2012… an investigation WND says the Obama federal government DIDN'T WANT TO DO until former HSBC vice president and New York-based customer relationship manager John Cruz went public with 1,000 pages of customer account records documenting his claims that HSBC was a "criminal enterprise."

Court documents reveal Eric Holder's Department of Justice appears to be stonewalling pertinent, Lynch-implicating evidence related to the banking scandal that resulted in HSBC getting whacked with more than $1.2 BILLION in fines.

Then again, Loretta Lynch IS a life-time chum (college sorority sisters!) with ERIC HOLDER'S WIFE. Why wouldn't he stonewall for someone "like a sister" to his wife when he stonewalls JUSTICE every day…
