Senate Democrats are running scared these mid-term elections, and ARE NOT remaining silent as the grim details emerge over the CIA's breach of trust in its illicit data-snatching from Capitol Hill computers.

But they ARE continuing to play possum about Barack Obama's latest orders for domestic spymaster Department of Homeland Security (DHS) Secretary Jeh Johnson to "review" deportation practices into non-existence! Obama, due to his "deep concern about the pain families feel" when immigration laws are ENFORCED, is issuing directives for NON-ENFORCEMENT to become the rule rather than the exception.

Democrats control the Senate Judiciary Committee where the ENFORCE Act now sits bottled up by a mere TWO VOTES. Three of its Republican members are fighters Ted Cruz, Mike Lee and Jeff Sessions – so this is a fight WE CAN WIN…

Remember, the Democrat most "offended" by the CIA Hill hacking scandal so far is influential Senate Intelligence Committee Chair Dianne Feinstein. She also sits on the Senate Judiciary Committee which now controls whether or not the ENFORCE Act, HR 4138 goes any further!

Your petitions will make clear that stonewalling for an imperial Obama is not an option for anyone seeking to win office in 2014 and 2016 – regardless of party!

"The ENFORCE the Law Act aims to restore checks and balances, not change this essential structure of our federal government. Allowing a co-equal branch of government to check another branch's constitutional failure is exactly what the checks and balances system calls for and thus is a fulfillment of the checks and balances system not an aberration from it," wrote Hailey Sadler, Forbes Press Secretary via email.

"If Congress passes legislation through constitutional means, and the President chooses not to enforce or to selectively enforce the law, then it is appropriate that the courts should adjudicate. The bill is intended to address procedural hurdles regarding standing the courts have put in front of previous attempts by individual Members of Congress, and ad hoc groups of Members, to seek judicial review of alleged failures by the President to faithfully execute the law."

While this legislation is far from the articles of impeachment Obama deserves, if it is seen as a stop-gap emboldening a Congress otherwise paralyzed in their ability to stand against Obama, it may have some utility.

In fact, the Enforce Act could serve as more of a STEPPING STONE for weak-willed Republicans in both chambers to get comfortable WITH IMPEACHMENT, the REAL constitutional solution we already have to our "imperial" problem in the Oval Office!

Obama's CIA has been caught red-handed breaking and entering into secured Senate Intelligence Committee computers to steal hundreds of documents potentially condemning the Obama administration for its harsh interrogation of terrorists, assassinations by drone and other practices.

This breach of the Senate Committee by the CIA is an extraordinary violation of trust between the intelligence community and the Congressional representatives entrusted with lawful authority over them. Obama MUST be immediately rebuked, and such conduct MUST be severely politically punished.

Impeachment is the Constitutional remedy, and we believe it is just and appropriate for Obama and his minions.

While we fight for impeachment, there is a new bill to try to STOP Obama from continuing to destroy the separation of powers…

H.R. 4138, the ENFORCE Act of 2014 (Executive Needs to Faithfully Observe and Respect Congressional Enactments of the Law) sponsored by conservative firebrand Rep. Trey Gowdy (R-S.C.), would give the House and/or Senate the all clear to sue the Executive Branch for not enforcing the laws, by-passing Congress or rewriting the laws at will. It would provide an expedited process through a federal district court to STOP this "imperial" president each and every time he violates the Constitution's separation of powers.

And despite being introduced only one week ago, it has already PASSED THE HOUSE.

Now, what are the odds we can get this bill through the Harry Reid Senate?

Better than ever.

As liberal law professor and well-known Obama supporter Jonathan Turley testified at a House hearing last month, America is at a "constitutional tipping point."

"The fact that I happen to think the president is right on many of these policies does not alter the fact that I believe the means he is doing [it] is wrong, and that this can be a dangerous change in our system," Turley said. "And our system is changing in a very fundamental way. And it's changing without a whimper of regret or opposition."

H.R. 4138 IS the opposition many have been waiting for, and if it shows the timid that resistance to Obama IS possible – we think that is worthy of support. The timing couldn't be better.

The Democrats are starting to feel the pain of riding the Obama Banana Republic bandwagon.

Those up for re-election in 2014 and 2016 are HURTING in the polls. Just look at the recent Florida bellwether Congressional election on ObamaCare where newcomer Republican David Jolly soundly defeated favored, well-known and MASSIVELY well-funded Democrat Alex Sink.

Then there is the newly exposed CIA hacking breach of the Senate Intelligence Committee computers used in the investigation of the agency's interrogation techniques, an investigation led by the Senate's Democratic matriarch Dianne Feinstein, a powerful Obama acolyte who has already furiously vowed to fight for the TRUTH and ACCOUNTABILITY from Obama's CIA, leveling a call for transparency that the Obama White House has already tried to tamp down to no avail!

Obama is losing clout with his own party and has no one to blame but himself. And if he loses the "moderate" Democrats like West Virginia's Joe Manchin and Louisiana's Mary Landrieu and then even some party icons like California's Feinstein, HE IS TOAST.

The ENFORCE Act simply reinforces Article II, Section 3, of the Constitution yet sponsors hope, in the absence of Congressional will to impeach, it is enough to save the rule of law.

Each and every time Obama or his bureaucrat minions at the CIA, IRS, NSA, EPA, or WHEREVER bypass Congress or the Constitution, they will be SUED… and held accountable in a federal court of law.

Yes, Obama has already vowed to veto this law just as he has vowed to veto every law he doesn't like, should it make its way through the Harry Reid Senate.

This is all the more reason to PASS H.R. 4138…

You see, in an election year shaping up to be a Democrat debacle, who knows? Lightening might strike and a veto trashing the Constitution MIGHT be over-ridden. But more probably, a veto of the ENFORCE Act would stand as a blatant statement that Barack Obama has no intention of abiding by the Constitution, nor any respect for it.

It would be the start of impeachment proceedings by his own "pen." No phone required.

The Democrats are finally starting to wake up and smell the TYRANNY… so, it's up to us to get this law through the Senate NOW before Feinstein and others get placated with apologies, "resignations" of expendable Obama underlings or some other pacification measure – like perks and pork.

Please, this bill is not perfect, but it is a step toward saving the separation of powers and the rule of law while we still can. We WILL use it enlighten Congress on the inevitability of IMPEACHMENT of the Obama faction. But until then…
